Personal Data Processing Policy RPC Micromir
1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006 and regulates activities related to the processing of personal data and ensuring the security of personal data of RPC Micromir (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
- The Operator sets as its main purpose and condition for the implementation of its activities the protection of a person's rights and liberties while processing his/her personal data, including the right to privacy, personal and family secrecy.
- This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive about visitors of website micromir.bio.
2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy
- Automated personal data processing — personal data processing by means of computer technology;
- Personal data blocking — temporary interruption of personal data processing (except where processing is required for personal data clarification);
- Website — a set of graphic and information materials, as well as PC programs and databases ensuring their availability on the Internet at micromir.bio;
- Information system of personal data — a set of personal data contained in databases, as well as technologies and technical means for ensuring its processing;
- Depersonalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine without using additional information the ownership of personal data to a specific User or other personal data subject;
- Personal data processing — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed towards personal data with or without the use of software, including personal data collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, alteration), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, presentation, providing access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction;
- Operator — a state body, municipal body, legal entity or private individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and/or processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
- Personal data — any information related directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website micromir.bio;
- User — any visitor of the website micromir.bio;
- Personal data presentation — personal data disclosure to particular person or certain group of persons;
- Personal data distribution — personal data disclosure to uncertain group of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarization of unlimited range of persons with personal data, including public disclosure in media, information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in some other way;
- Cross-border personal data transfer — personal data transfer to a foreign country, foreign government body and foreign natural or legal person;
- Personal data destruction — actions making it impossible to restore personal data volume in the personal data information system and/or resulting in the elimination of tangible medium of personal data.
3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
- Full Name;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- The site also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including "cookies") using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric, Google Analytics and others);
- The above data further in this Policy are united by the general concept of Personal Data.
4. Purposes for personal data processing
- The purpose of the User's personal data processing is the conclusion, execution, and termination of civil law contracts; the provision of the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website micromir.bio; clarification of order details.
- The Operator is also entitled to notify the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive any information messages by sending a letter to the Operator's e-mail address office@micromir.bio with the subject "Refusal to notify about new products, services and special offers".
- Anonymized User's data, collected through the Internet statistics services, are used to collect information about the Users' actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal basis for personal data processing
- The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are completed and/or submitted independently by the User through special forms available at micromir.bio. By filling in the forms and/or submitting the personal data to the Operator, the User agrees with the Policy.
- The Operator processes anonymized User's data if it is allowed in the User's browser settings (storage of cookies and use of JavaScript technology is allowed).
6. Procedure of collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current personal data protection legislation.
- The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
- The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to existing laws.
- In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a letter to the Operator's e-mail address office@micromir.bio with the subject "Personal data update".
- The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can withdraw his/her consent to the personal data processing at any time by sending a letter to the Operator's e-mail address office@micromir.bio with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to the personal data processing".
7. Cross-border personal data transfer
- The Operator shall be obliged to satisfy itself that the foreign state into whose territory personal data are to be transferred provides adequate protection of the personal data subjects' rights before commencing the cross-border transfer of personal data.
- The cross-border transfer of personal data into the territories of foreign states which do not meet the above requirements may be carried out in case where the personal data subject has given his/her written consent to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or for the purpose of the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
8. Final provisions
- The User can receive any clarifications on issues related to the processing of his/her personal data by contacting the Operator via email office@micromir.bio.
- The Operator shall include any changes in personal data processing to the Policy. The Policy remains in force without limit of time until replaced with a new version.
- The current version of the Policy is free in the Internet at micromir.bio/policy/eng.
